Carmella DeCesare Biography

One look at Carmella and you’ll know she was destined to be a celebrity. Carmella’s exotic good looks and tight, excellent physique is exceeded only by her radiant personality. Carmella’s zest for life was a result of her great childhood. Born on July 1, 1982 in Avon Lake Ohio, Carmella was raised by loving parents in a stable home environment. Her parents were a little hesitant about her decision to pose for a men’s magazine but they later on offered their full support. Up to this day, Carmella whose complete name is Carmella Danielle De Cesare, continues to live in Ohio, in Westlake.

Carmella , who is of Italian and Puerto Rican ancestry, had always wanted to become a model. She certainly had the looks and the personality to become one but she decided to finish her high school studies at the Avon Lake High School first before pursuing any serious career paths. She was also doing really well in school that she decided to enroll in a business administration program in college. She also worked for a title company in Ohio. But of course when you have grand dreams, you jump at every great opportunity that allows you to take a step closer to your aspiration. For Carmella the first great opportunity came in the form of the reality TV show Who Wants to Be a Playboy Centerfold? Hundreds joined the contest but the judges chose only 12 women who would compete for the prize. Carmella emerged as part of the 12 finalists but later left the pageant after she felt uncomfortable with the whole production set-up.

But before pulling out of the TV show, Carmella had already caught the attention of Hugh Hefner, founder of Playboy Magazine. Hefner invited Carmella to his birthday party and offered her the opportunity to pose for the magazine. Carmella agreed to a test shoot and as a result, was featured on Playboy’s website. She was later named Cyber Girl of the Month for February 2003 and by April was named Playmate of the Month. Carmella’s life continued to change in that fateful year. Apart from gaining popularity among the readers of Playboy Magazine, she had also been given the opportunity to guest in shows like The Howard Stern Show, Street Smarts and Family Feud. The following year, she was named Playboy Playmate of the Year despite fierce competition from gorgeous playmates like Laurie Fetter and Audra Lynn.



In 2004, Carmella joined the Diva Search of the World Wrestling Entertainment. She lost to Christy Hemme on that particular competition but WWE hired her to compete in other matches such as the Taboo Tuesday 2004. Carmella continued to pose for Playboy during that year and also continued with her college education. The following year she appeared in the Playmates at Play at the Playboy Mansion calendar.

Today, Carmella runs her own adult website. She has also appeared in the Girls Next Door show on E!. In April 2007, she married NFL Quarterback Jeff Garcia in California.
